Also, the licensing terms can be found at the bottom of my block, which is Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 U.S. (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/us/).  All you need to do is provide a link to the original post containing the media somewhere in your work - e.g., credits (Attribution) and also you need to share your subsequent work under the same license (ShareAlike).

If you'd like a higher-quality version of any of the videos above, please let me know, though I think there are only marginal improvements I can make to the existing videos (i.e., they are already very high quality).  I wonder if your application can import Ogg Theora video, though...it'd be ironic if it couldn't.
